Easton's Xmas Extravaganza!!!!

Easton's first Xmas has come and gone. It was a crazy busy weekend but full of lots of family time which was very nice for us all! We started the Xmas events with the Morgan Family Xmas in Beatrice. My cousin Michael was back from Afghanistan and all the Morgans were together for the first time in a couple years!

My cousin Brandon's adorable daughters Addie and McKenna loved on Easton all night.
Xmas Eve started out with Brian and I going to my parents house to have our immediate family Xmas. Tom and Halley came in from KC for the entire weekend which was the first time ever with Halley. It was so much fun! We miss them so much so it was very nice to be able to spend more than one day with them this past weekend. We hung out at my parents house all afternoon until church. Easton showed them how much he loved his playmat and we got to open up our presents and our stockings. Of course Easton had the most presents and the fullest stocking but thats how its suposed to be now! He got a lot of toys that he will have to grow into, some adorable ralph lauren shoes and a polo from Uncle Tom and Aunt Halley, a very generous savings bond from grandma and grandpa, and many other fun things for him (and for us....like diapers galore and AA batteries :) After church we went over to Grandpa and Grandma Kalasek's house where we got even more adorable gifts for Easton and had a wonderful night with Uncle Pat and Aunt Angie!!!  So much to be grateful for!

Xmas morning we heading back to Grandpa and Grandma Kalasek's for a Xmas brunch and annual white elephant gift exchange. Daddy and Easton wore matching Adidas tracksuits for Xmas. The second we found out we were having a boy that was Brians major wish......wish granted! I have to admit they do look pretty darn cute! After that we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa French's. Great Grandma Cece came over and so did all the Kohlers. We sure missed the other French's but definitely had them all in our thoughts that day! Easton met his 1yr old cousin Kobe who was running all over the house. It helped show my parents what they have in store for them next Xmas was Easton. We had lots of amazing food, wine, and laughter. We played trivial pursuit like always and laughed the entire time! Easton got lots of snuggle time in with everyone and it was so nice for them to finally meet our angel! French Family Xmas is something i look forward to every year starting with the minute its over! We are all so close and none of us live in the same place so its very special to be able to spend a lot of time together even if its only for one day. We stayed over there until late....no one wanted the evening to end. Easton was so fun laughing at everyone and smiling a lot! With all the weekends activities Easton slept from 930pm to 630am both Saturday and Sunday night! We were amazed when we looked at the clock both mornings. It was wonderful for mommy and daddy :

This year we have so much to be thankful for! We are truly blessed to have the most amazing family and friends and a gorgeous healthy baby boy! I am so looking forward to next Christmas where he will be up, walking around, and understand a bit more about santa and presents. I cant wait for next year where Christmas morning will be spent with Brian and Easton opening up stockings and seeing what santa brought us. (assuming we are all on the nice list) :) It will be so much fun to begin our own family traditions!!!!!!

This morning we had breakfast with the Kohlers before they went out of town. It turned out to be a few hours at Le Peeps. Im suprised they didnt kick us out after awhile. We just have so much fun together and Kobe and Easton were both smiley and happy boys so no one wanted to say goodbye to them :
