Easter was wonderful for our family as I hope it was for yours as well. The week started off by the boys getting a giant Easter goodie box from Aunt Halley, Uncle Thomas, and dousing Grayson. The boys are sure spoiled and lucky to have such an incredible aunt and uncle who always make sure they are apart of their holidays even if we happen to celebrate them in two different states. My grandparents also sent them each an Easter book so they got lots of fun gifts before Easter even arrived. #BLESSED!

The day before Easter our Country Club had an awesome Easter Carnival for kids. It included Carnival games, bouncy houses, fair food, and of course an Easter egg hunt.

| Benny all ready to find some eggs at Champions |
 |
| Let the hunt begin....... |
 |
| He got all 10 eggs (they gave a 10 egg per kid limit and my rule follower counted each egg he grabs to make sure he didn't take more than his share) |
 |
| obviously Easton and mommy hit up the cotton candy machine! |
 |
| The largest balloon sword EVER! Its still intact in our house only it looks a little sad and deflated 5 days later lol |
The Easter Bunny paid our house a special visit. He even left little paw prints starting outside the boys room and all the way to where their Easter baskets were. The boys had their first Easter egg hunt (both inside our house and outside) first thing in the morning. Easton loves a good egg hunt. We have spent the last two weeks playing "Easter egg" where he hides an egg or two and then you find them, and then you hide them and he finds them....it goes on and on and ON AND ON AND ON until you can distract him and get him onto something else. The best part is when he played with my parents they started saying "you are getting warmer" if he got close.....so then he started hiding the eggs and saying "You are getting warmer mom, on top of the table" and he literally tells you right where they are or points to the egg saying "look around here mom" so apparently we still need to work on his skills, but it was certainly an improvement from the year before.

After the hunts and opening of their baskets and eggs we got ready and headed to Champions for their big Easter brunch. The boys stuffed themselves (and we did as well); had a mimosa (or two ;) and then went over to my parents house for...... you guessed it another Easter egg hunt and more baskets for the boys to open!

Easter Egg Hunt #2 at Nana and Papa French's. Easton did a pretty great job finding them....we may have helped steer him towards a few but he did awesome and luckily the weather was gorgeous so it was a perfect day for it!

After all of that we came home and crashed. Benny took a long nap, Brian and I got work around the house done and ready for the week ahead, and Easton relaxed and napped a bit too. Once the boys were up we decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and take a walk through our neighborhood and down to the park. It was so lovely to have nothing on the agenda for the rest of our evening and just hang out as a family!

| sporting the new sunglasses Nana and Papa got him |
 |
| Riding on daddy and wearing his hat....doesnt get any cooler than that |
Monday night we headed over to Grammie and Papa Kalasek's for more Easter festivities. Easton got to do another hunt (#3) and then he even sweet talked Grammie into playing "Easter Egg" with him a few times (and then some). We gave the boys baths in their tub, played some more, and then came home to end our week long Easter extravaganza! We know how lucky and blessed we are each and everyday but during holidays it seems like its magnified even more. We have the most incredible families and we are so lucky that we get to seem them often. We were definitely counting our blessings during this Easter weekend.

| all heads in to check out their goods |

| Bath time fun with Grammie! |
Here are a few fun videos. The first is Eastons magic show (good thing it was free...lol) and the second is Benny struggling btw finishing his pb&j or sleeping. Never a dull moment with these monkeys!
