2 months old on Thanksgiving!!!
Thanksgiving was a very special holiday. Not only did we get to spend time with our families we also go to celebrate lil E turning 2 months old. We cant beleive how fast these 2 months have gone and how much he has changed already. He got to meet some of our cousins that he hadnt yet, and got to see his Uncle Tom, Great Grandma Cece, and Great Grandma and Grandpa Morgan. They hadnt seen him since he was a few weeks old so you can imagine how big he seemed to all of them!

We had a great meal at Grandma and Grandpa Frenchs and then spent a few hours that night with the Gremm side of our family. Easton sure got passed around a ton by the Gremm's but he did so good. He didnt get fussy at all! He enjoys being the center of attention :) This got us very excited for Xmas which is right around the corner. I cant wait for him to spend time with the French family since he hasnt met any of them yet and this is the one time a year we are all together. He doesnt realize how lucky he is to have such an amazing extended family. The French's and Kalasek's are just as lucky to have little Easton join their clans!
Mommy and Easton....Her 2 month old princeToo much turkey! Time for a nap!
Gma French got him a santa hat! He actually enjoyed wearing it as you can see from his big SMILE!
Cant wait for Xmas everybody!!!
2 Month Dr. Apt.
We had his 2 month check up. He is meeting all the milestones that he should be. He can hold his head up and his eye contact and coordination is excellent. His weight increased almost doubling what he was at his 2 day old appointment. He was 9lbs 13 oz and his height was 22.75 inches. He is in the 52% for height but only the 15% for weight (still just a little guy but getting bigger everyday). He was all happy and smiley until the nurses walked in with the 3 shots and oral vacine. I hid my eyes and Brian helped hold his arms as they gave him the 3 shots in his little pudgy legs. He squealed a bit but got over it quickly. I think it was definitely harder on me than it was on him. We went to visit Grandma French at work afterwards and went by Brians area to show him off too. He was a little more fussy that afternoon but other than that the shots didnt seem to bother him. Phew! So glad that is over...although I know there are many more dr appointments to come that involve shots....but I survived the first!!!
Chubby lil belly all full of milk!!!
He will use & sleep in his swing now which has been the best new development so far in month 2!
we spent the day after Thanksgiving at my parents house watching the Husker's beat Iowa and just hanging out with the grandparents.
Go Big Red!!!Easton's very cool hat from Heidi. The reason he has 2 different onesies on is bc he has been having a bit of an issue with blow out poopy diapers. Good thing he has more clothes than he knows what to do with bc this weekend we changed him at least twice a day :)
He definitely is cooing a lot, giggling sometimes, and smiling ALL THE TIME. It is so fun to have him look right at you and smile. We can tell that he can see us now and recognizes who we are and our voices. He makes shapes with his mouth as he is watching us talk. He just gets more and more alert and interactive each day!
