Kalasek Turkey Day and Morgan Family Xmas

We had a great Thanksgiving with the Kalasek/Gremm crew. We ate, laughed, and Easton played with all his cousins, aunts, and uncles. He was one tired boy afterwards! He still isnt sure how he feels about most of the "holiday food" but he ate well and after warming up to a few unfamiliar faces he was his usual "Center of attention self"
Turkey cookies I made for him to bring to daycare

Brian had to go out of town the weekend following Thanksgiving so Easton and I spent the weekend playing at my parents house, and I did some serious Xmas shopping while Nana and Papa entertained Easton (more like he entertained them). He had no interest in taking a nap unless it was on Nana and later on him and Papa watched football on their bed and did some more napping. He's my lil snuggler! Easton and I built a fort and we introduced him to his Elf on the Shelf. Somedays he likes him some days he could care less. We tried to get him to name the Elf but as of now Elf is named Elf. :) He is however obsessed with the movie that comes with the Elf. He watched it non-stop last year and the same holds true this year. Although Elf on the Shelf the movie does have some competition. The Polar Express is a new fav this year...it has a train so what more can you want?!

Finally finished Benjamin's stalking....
We have started all our Christmas's now. We pretty much have one or two every week/weekend until the big day and then maybe some more the following weekend. Xmas mid-week stinks!!! My sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma always does a Xmas and my best friend Chips parents kind of run the show. We brought Easton this year and as you can tell from the photo below it did not go well. Even when Santa gave him his present he was not having it. This ranks right up there with his Easton bunny pic from last year!

Easton and I made gingerbread Ninjas this Friday for our indoor fun activitiy. He had fun making a mess and dad was at work so we couldnt get in trouble for messing up the kitchen :)

He was very particular with the color of candy he chose and had to show me and name the color each time

Obviously we taste tested all the frosting as we decorated as well

Finished products
Saturday we had our annual Morgan Christmas party. This year we rented out Chances R in York, NE. That way my grandparents didnt have far to drive and they do all the cooking and cleaning :) Everyone was there and my grandparents were amazed at how grown up Easton has gotten. We had a great time and it was so nice to see everyone and celebrate how blessed we all are!
