Kalasek Kiddos: Mexico 2012- Easton's sleepovers with the grandparents

We left for Mexico on Tuesday and Easton was in charge of his grandparents for the rest of the week :) Monday night I had a bit of a meltdown and couldnt get enough of the little man. But eventually we had to put him to bed and get everything packed and double checked for our big trip the next morning.

Tuesday morning Brian and I snuck into his room to give him one last kiss before heading to the airport. My parents had him Tuesday through Thursday morning. They had the best time chasing him around and keeping him from climbing the stairs any chance he got. Thursday night through Saturday morning Brian's parents had him. Both sets of grandparents stayed at our house so his routine stayed the same and all his "stuff" is here so it was easier on everyone. Grandma and Grandpa Kalasek also had the best time with Easton. He even got a playdate with cousin Baylor.

Easton got a trip to the park and Red Mango as well. He was of course spoiled and entertained them all! They all got to see just what a chatterbox our little monkey is. Saturday he was waiting for us at the airport. We fought over who got to hold him first (I WON :) and couldnt get enough of his hugs, kisses, and baby smell!!! He told us all about the fun he had the past week. We missed him like crazy while we were away but both grandparents sent us videos and pictures daily so it helped and we even facetimed once!

He is pulling himself up on anything and everything and even climbed all the way to the top of the stairs (with Brian behind him the entire time of course). The Kalasek fort will be going on lockdown this weekend for sure. Baby gates and cabinet safety contraptions will be put into place! He's a quick little guy. Yesterday he got into the dog food so that was fun! I had to fish it out of his mouth....so gross! Brian and I had the most relaxing vacation which is just what we needed! We were very happy to come home and be mommy and daddy again though! :) Here are a few snapshots from our trip!
